A Day at the Farmstead

Michael and I took the boys to the corn maze last weekend. It was a blast. We went through most of the corn maze, but it was a little too long for the boys so we called it quits early. We later found out that there was a mini corn maze that would have been perfect, but oh well next time! They also had a corn box and a jumping pillow that the boys loved. We spent the majority of our time at those two stations. We also rode the cow train, which was a small barrel looking cart pulled over a bumpy dirt field by a green John Deere tractor. I of course was chosen to ride with the boys and it was painful let me tell you, but so fun to see smiles on their faces. We also took in the pig races, farm animals, and pumpkin patch. I highly recommend it. Here are some pictures from there.....

  1. That is a really awesome farm! Where is it at? You all look like you had fun. I thought the corn box was really creative how cool was that.
